Cooked rice (left over) – 1.5 cups
Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Water – as required
salt – as per taste

Now prepare a smooth paste by blending the rice well. Now transfer the batter prepared from rice in a big bowl and keep it aside. Now take a pan, put semolina in it and heat it on low flame. Fry until the semolina turns light pink and becomes fragrant.

Now take out the semolina in a vessel and let it cool down. After this add one cup of curd and a little salt to the semolina and mix it well. Add this mixture to the rice batter and mix it well. Now beat the whole solution well for 3-4 minutes so that the batter becomes very light. After this cover the utensil and keep the solution aside for 20 minutes.
