To make curd onion curry, take medium size onion 4, fresh curd 200 grams, oil 1 teaspoon, mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon, cumin 1/2 teaspoon, green chili 3, curry leaves 1 teaspoon, red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, salt as per taste and two teaspoons chopped coriander.

Curd Onion Vegetable Recipe
To make curd onion curry, first peel the onion and cut it in half from the middle and then cut it into slices. After this, mash the onion with hands and separate the flakes. Now take out the curd in a utensil and beat it well so that there are no lumps in it. Then put the wok on the gas and heat it by adding 1 spoon of oil to it.

Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the oil and let it splutter, now add chopped green chilies to it. Then put chopped onion and curry leaves in the pan and fry it on medium flame for four to five minutes. When the onion turns golden brown, mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder in it and fry it for a minute. Now add curd to it and cook it for four to five minutes while stirring continuously. During this, keep the gas flame medium. Then add salt and chopped coriander to it and turn off the gas. Hot curd onion curry is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
