3 to 4 thousand are sold daily

Rajesh Kumar Modi told that he has been setting up this shop for the last 14 years and along with Golgappa, Chaat is also sold in the shop. Everyday 250 to 300 plates of chaat are sold in the shop. Apart from this Golgappa is sold separately. He told that the shop is set up by 11:00 in the morning and before 3 in the afternoon Golgappa ends in the shop. This situation is seen everyday. He told that he earns 3 to 4 thousand rupees per day from this shop, due to which this shop has also become a source of his income.

People demand more for Golgappa with chickpeas

Usually potatoes and Golgappa water are put inside Golgappas. Which people like to eat with the taste of coriander and mint. But in Rajesh’s shop, there is a good demand for Golgappa with chickpeas. Five different varieties of Golgappa are made in his shop. In which Golgappas with water, Golgappas with chickpeas, sweet chutney Golgappas, dry Golgappas and yogurt big Golgappas are made. But most people demand Golgappa with chickpeas and it is sold the most. So if you are also fond of eating golgappas, then you can enjoy wonderful golgappas by going to Rajesh’s shop before three o’clock.
