Garuda Purana Lord Vishnu Niti in Hindi: Garuda Purana is considered one of the famous Puranas of Hinduism, which is one of the 18 Mahapuranas. Lord Vishnu himself is the presiding deity of Garuda Purana and it has been told by God that, not only in life but also in death, a person gets the fruits according to his deeds.
The Garuda Purana book inspires a person to do good and virtuous deeds. Because only the deeds done by a person go with him after death and according to that, he gets heaven or hell. Along with this, Garuda Purana has also been told about many esoteric secrets. In this, many things have been told about the signs before death, the journey of the soul after death, etc.
According to Garuda Purana, the soul gets three types of paths after death and these paths are obtained according to the deeds done by it in life. Let us know about these three routes and what kind of soul the Yamdoots take to which route.
- Archi Marg: In Garuda Purana, the path of Archi has been described as the best and supreme. This happens for Dev Lok and Brahma Lok. This path is attained by the soul of such a person, who has not committed any kind of sin in his life, has not lied, has not harmed anyone etc. After going in the path of archi, the soul attains salvation.
- Dhoom Route: This path is for the journey of Pitru Lok. It is also said that the soul going here returns to this world after enjoying the virtues of heaven.
- Origin Destruction Route: In this way, there is a journey to hell. It has been described as the worst path in Garuda Purana. In this path, the soul has to cross the dangerous Vaitarani river. It takes him 47 days to cross it and these 47 days are very painful for the soul.
