Recipe to make Kakoron vegetable
Wash the kakors thoroughly with clean water and cut them into four pieces. Then put oil in the pan on the gas and heat it. Now fry mustard seeds and cumin seeds in hot oil, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder. Then fry the spices a little and now add chopped cucumber and salt and fry for 2 minutes and cover and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Open the lid, check the kakore, if the kakore are not soft yet, cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Open the vegetable, the kakore have become soft, cook the kakore for 2 minutes on high flame, keep stirring with a spoon in between. Add dried mango powder and garam masala to the vegetable and mix. Crispy vegetable of Kakore is ready.
