Onion – 2-3
Tomato puree – 1 bowl
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Big cardamom – 1
Cloves – 3-4
Cardamom – 1
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Butter – 1 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Paneer Gravy Recipe
If paneer gravy is made properly, then the taste of the vegetable increases manifold. To make tasty gravy, first heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add all the whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cumin etc.) and fry till the spices start to smell. After this add chopped pieces of onion and garlic and fry them. Keep in mind that onion and garlic should not be cut finely.

Instead of adding onion and garlic together in the pan, add little by little. After this, put tomato puree in the pan and cook. After some time, put whole cashews in the pan and cover the pan and let the gravy cook. When the cashews become slightly soft and the gravy starts to cook, add curd to it and mix well. After this, put butter in a hot pan and cook it by adding all the ground spices. When the gravy is cooked well and leaves oil, turn off the gas. Gravy of flavourful paneer curry is ready.
