Who can apply
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. The candidate should have good command over the local language of the state i.e. he should know how to write, speak and read the local language.
To prove authority in local language, he should have 10th or 12th certificate which shows that he has knowledge of local language. For these posts, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 28 years.
