Santosh has a burger shop near Malinagar High School in Kalyanpur block of Samastipur. Both of whose steam fried momos are being liked by many people. Earlier, Santosh used to work as a laborer while living in the state. After this, he came back home as soon as the lock down happened. Then started the shop by the name of Santosh Burger. But today people have started liking his steam fried momos so much that customers come from about 15 kilometers away from his shop to taste the momos. The special thing is that people are liking coconut chutney along with their momos. People relish their momos with great enthusiasm.
Santosh told that people from Muzaffarpur district including Kalojar, Ramzannagar Pusa, Kalyanpur also come to our shop to taste the momos of our shop. Both veg and non-veg momos are made here. Companion Soya Momos, Paneer Momos, Chicken Momos are available. Soya Momos Stream Fry is available in 50 plates. In which 10 pieces remain. Chilli chutney is also served with tomato and coconut chutney. He told that if there is no coconut chutney with momos then there is no fun in eating momos. The result of this is that today people eat our momos with great enthusiasm.
