Piyush Pathak/Alwar. Alwar district is becoming famous not only for tourism but also for its food. People get all kinds of tastes in Alwar. People of Alwar most like to eat Alwar’s Kachori, known as Mathura Kachori, Dal Pakwan and Samosas from Krishna Chaat Corner.

800 samosas are sold in just 6 hours
People are so crazy about the samosas of Krishna Chart Corner located behind the vegetable market of Alwar that more than 800 samosas are sold in just 6 hours. Samosas start being available at this shop from around 1 pm, which ends by 6 pm. People like to eat these samosas not only by coming to this shop but also by taking them to their homes. Whoever passes by this shop definitely wants to stop here and eat samosas.

Vinod, owner of Krishna Chaat Corner, said that we have been giving the taste of this samosa to people for about 10 years. Although Paneer Samosas are available at many places in Alwar, but people especially like our Samosas. The reason for this is that our samosas are prepared differently.

Dahi Papdi is also quite famous
Along with potato masala, cashews, raisins and pomegranates are also added to the samosas prepared at our shop, which gives a delicious taste to the people. Apart from this, Dahi Papdi, Aloo Tikki, Plain Samosas are also made at our shop. Which is also liked a lot by the people. But Paneer Samosas have a special demand here. Which we are not able to complete after 6 pm.

Taste comes after roasting on low flame
Vinod told that more than 800 of our samosas are sold in about 6 hours. The reason for this is that our samosas are cooked on low flame for about 30 minutes. So that the spices and samosas can be cooked well. The work of making samosas starts from morning itself and continues till 5 in the evening. The price of Paneer Samosa at our shop is Rs 20.

More demand with chutney
There is more demand for dry fruit samosas along with chutney than the paneer available at Krishna Chaat Corner. The reason for this is that the sweet and sour chutney here gives a different taste to the people. If people are not satisfied with one samosa when eaten with chutney, then people eat more than one samosa with chutney here.
