Ingredients to make Veg Biryani

– 2 cups boiled rice
– 3 cups mixed vegetables
– 1/4 cup chopped onion,
– 2 green chillies finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
– 1/4 garlic cloves
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon chopped coriander
– 1 tsp cumin
– 2 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon biryani masala
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt (as per taste)

Easy method of making veg biryani

– First of all, clean and wash the rice and then put it in the cooker and turn it for a whistle. If necessary, two whistles can also be used. After boiling the rice, take it out in a vessel.

– After this chop the mixed vegetables. Then finely chop ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli. In this way the preparation of your biryani is complete. Now collect the spices at one place.

Then you place the pan on the gas and add oil to it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and fry. After this, add onion and garlic and fry for some time and then add vegetables and cook.

– Now add coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala and all other spices in the pan and mix. After some time, take out some mixture and keep it in a separate vessel.

– Later add boiled rice in small quantities in the pan and add the mixture of vegetables kept in the bowl on top. Then add the remaining rice and cover it and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

– When everything is cooked well, then turn off the gas. After this, add lemon juice to the biryani, mix it and then add green coriander. In this way, tasty veg biryani will be ready.
