Egg roll stall is set up in front of Shaukat Ali Road near Bank of India in Rampur city of UP. Where as soon as the evening falls, the flow of customers starts coming and going. Here you will get to taste more than 20 types of rolls with delicious taste. Egg chicken roll, egg roll, paneer roll, cheese roll, cheese soya roll, veg roll and many other types of rolls are made here. Rolls are made and sold at Muskaan Roll stall from 4 pm to 11 pm.
Rs 10 charge on double egg
Shopkeeper Arman tells that he has been making rolls for the last three years and he makes all types of rolls, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Whose price ranges from just Rs 30 to Rs 100. Arman tells that egg roll is made of one egg and its price is Rs 30 and on the demand of the customer, the charge for double egg increases by Rs 10. The customers coming to his stall become addicted to its taste. Customer Sakshi Rambhoj says that she has been coming to their place continuously for the last three years to eat egg rolls, which she finds very tasty and her stomach gets filled in just one roll.
This is how the roll is prepared
To make egg roll and chicken roll, first of all there is a thick, crispy layer of flour in it. Which is cooked on low flame by adding a spoonful of refined oil on one side. Then break two or one eggs and mix salt well and make a batter. Then beaten egg is poured over that layer. After that, the fried vegetable mixture is placed in the middle, spices and chopped coriander are added to it and it is allowed to cook on the pan for some time. After which the egg roll is topped with creamy cheese and tomato sauce and then rolled.
