On the idol of Lord Ram, Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, said that the eyes of the idol of Lord Ram will not open before the Pran Pratistha is completed, they have been covered with a cloth. Eyes cannot be shown. The picture in which the eyes of Lord Rama are open in the idol is not the real idol. There should be an investigation as to how the pictures of the idol are going viral.

The silver idol of Ramlala is in the form of a warrior.
A silver idol of Ramlala has been constructed for the Pran Pratistha ritual. In this idol weighing ten kilos, Ramlala is wearing a bow and arrow. There are some methods of worship which cannot be performed with an immovable idol, because the immovable idol is heavy. It cannot be moved again and again. Therefore, some rituals of worship are being performed with this silver idol. Acharya Keshav Shastri told that when Lord Ram shot the arrow of fire at Ravana’s navel to kill him, the form in which he was at that time, the silver idol is made in the same.
