Lord Ram’s life teaches us these things
Patience
The life of Lord Ram is a symbol of tolerance and patience. Along with serving 14 years of exile on the orders of Mother Kaikeyi, he presented many such examples in his life which show that he was extremely tolerant and had a lot of self-control. After kidnapping Sita, he worked with patience and restraint and after this with the help of Sugriva, he defeated Ravana.
commitment to promise
Lord Ram gladly accepted 14 years of exile for the promise of his father. Life may die but words should not. True to this, without worrying about the royal family, he fulfilled his father’s wish and accepted to go to the forest and took a vow to live as a monk for 14 years. This proves that if you are committed to something then it should be followed at all costs. This is the mark of a dignified life.
ability to maintain friendship
Lord Ram made many types of people friends in his life. He made friendship with people of every class and age with a true heart and maintained it. While maintaining friendship with Sugriva, he killed Bali. His friendship with Nishad has become an example. Along with this, by maintaining friendship with Vibhishana, Lord Rama handed over the kingdom of Lanka to him. He supported his friends at every step and this teaches us that one should never leave a friend in life.
leadership ability
Lord Rama, despite being in exile, defeated a big king like Ravana due to his efficient management. It was the result of Shri Ram’s leadership that a bridge could be built with stones on the sea to reach Lanka. Lord Rama along with Sugriva’s monkey army faced and defeated a mighty king like Ravana. This proves that even if resources are less, victory can be achieved by efficient management.
