Along with eating Litti at the stall, a large number of people also take Litti parcels from here.
In a special conversation, Pritam Kumar, who set up Munna Special Litti Chokha stall, said that he has been setting up the Litti stall for one and a half years. Generally, there is a practice of cooking litti on coal flame. At his stall, fried litti in hot oil is served among the people. He further said that fried litti is so soft that even children and old people can easily enjoy it. Eat while taking.
A plate worth Rs 15 is prepared like this
The stall operator said that his stall is open every day from 12 noon to 9 pm. During this time, apart from the city, people from far away places also come to eat Litti. Here two pieces of Litti, Chokha, tomato chutney, coriander chutney, fried green chillies and onions are served in a plate. Whose price is Rs 15 a plate. In Litti, a mixture of home-made secret spices including sattu, coriander leaves, celery, cumin and garlic is prepared, stuffed in a ball of flour and fried.
People’s mind does not fill one plate
The operator of the stall further said that about 500 pieces of litti are sold every day. People who come to the stall to eat Litti, apart from a plate of Litti, they also eat Litti and Chokha two-three times separately. Apart from this, they also take home parcels. He told that along with a plate of Litti, people are given chokha, chutney, chilli and onion as per their wish.
