Russian Plane Crash: The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for more than two years. Every day many people are killed from both sides. Now another sad news has come. According to the information, a Russian military plane carrying 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war has crashed. The name of the Russian military plane that has crashed is Ilyushin II-76 military plane. It crashed in Belgorod, an area bordering Ukraine.

Information regarding the plane crash has been given by Russia’s government news agency RIA. ARI quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying that these Ukrainian prisoners of war were being taken to Ukraine under the prisoner exchange agreement. Apart from the prisoners of war, six crew members and three other people were also on board the plane at the time of the accident.

Russia’s Defense Ministry has currently refused to give further information on this. Russian President Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin was aware of the accident but could not discuss it further.

Everyone’s death-reports

It is being claimed in different media reports that all the people have died. Quoting news agency Associate Press, PTI has written that all the people present in the plane have died. However, this has not been officially confirmed by the Russian government.

Let us tell you that the war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for a long time. It has been more than 23 months since the war between the two countries. This time it was going to be the 48th prisoner exchange between the two countries. Till now both the countries have released many prisoners. Russia has released 230 Ukrainian prisoners while Ukraine has released 248 Russian prisoners.
