Builder Kamal Choudhary and son Dhiru Choudhary have been away from arrest for 22 days in the case of encroachment of land worth crores near Bainara Factory in Bodla, Agra. In the case in which three people including the then SO Jitendra Kumar were sent to jail, questions are being raised on the action taken due to non-arrest of the builder father and son.
The prize money on Kiriki was increased from Rs 10 thousand to Rs 25 thousand. But, this too was of no use. Now preparations have been made to confiscate the builder’s property. On Wednesday, the investigator has given an application in the court for action under Section 82.
Five innocent people were sent to jail after registering two fake cases for illegal occupation of 10 thousand square yards of land. When the matter reached the DGP, a case was registered under other sections including robbery. Three people including the then SO Jagdishpura Jitendra Kumar have been sent to jail. Builder Kamal Choudhary and son Dhiru Choudhary, named in the case, are absconding. The names of Kishore Baghel and Anand Jurail also came up during the discussion. He has also absconded.
DCP City Suraj Rai said that a reward of Rs 25,000 each has been announced for the builder father and son. The police have tightened their grip on the acquaintances and relatives of the accused. But, they have not arrived. Now action is being taken to attach the builder’s property. For this, a request has been made for action under Section 82. A hearing has been held on this. There has to be order in this. A copy of the order can be obtained on Thursday. After this it will be pasted on the builder’s house. An announcement will also be made. Even after this, if the builder father and son are not found, attachment action will be taken. The prize money on them will also be increased.
Servant and dog found in the house
Four days ago, the police had raided the house of Kamal Chaudhary to arrest him. But, the family members were not found at home. There was only one dog with the servant. Earlier, the police had also raided the districts of Purvanchal to arrest the accused. On the other hand, the police has issued notices to those whose names have come up in land grabbing. He has been called for statement. But, no one has come to give any statement yet. Hotel operators are also included in this.
Search for Kishore Baghel and Anand Jurail
Police are also looking for Kishore Baghel and Anand Jurail in the land scam. Both have absconded. DCP City said that a team has been deployed to arrest both of them. Information has been received about Kishore Baghel. Teams are working on this. If they are not found then a reward will be declared.
Inspector Vikas will also become an accused
Ravi Kushwaha and his brother were seized with ganja and sent to jail. The case was written by SI Vikas Kumar. The SO had already been sent to jail. He had given many information during police interrogation. Vikas Kumar was called for statement. But, he did not come. Two policemen had also gone to the spot. During interrogation, he said that he had gone to the spot on the orders of the SO. Now it is believed that along with the SO, SI Vikas Kumar was also involved in the conspiracy of fake case. He has been transferred to another district. If he does not come to give statement, he will soon be made an accused in the case.
Many secrets will be revealed during interrogation of the hotel operator
During the police investigation, police found evidence of the presence of the accused SO in the hotel located at Rajpur Chungi. This hotel is close to a politician resident of Mantola. The police has sent a notice to the hotel operator under Section 91 of CrPC. He has been called for statement. But, he has not come to the police to give his statement. The police have prepared a questionnaire. The hotel operator will be asked why the SO had come to his hotel? Was there any deal to acquire the land? Apart from SO, did anyone else come that day or not? Many secrets can be revealed to the police during interrogation of the hotel operator.
