In Sitamarhi, Bihar, criminals shot the nozzle man of a petrol pump and looted Rs 10 lakh. This incident took place near Basatpur bridge of Runnisaidpur police station area of the district. Where armed robbers riding a bike snatched a bag full of money from the nozzle man of the petrol pump in broad daylight. When he protested, the robbers shot him. After the incident, he was hurriedly admitted to a private hospital in the city for treatment by the manager and other personnel.
According to the information, the injured person has been identified as Sudhir Rai, son of Anutha Rai, nozzle man of Ramchandra Petroleum Bhanaspatti and resident of Sater Tola Ward No. 5 of Nanpur police station area of the district. It is being told that at the time of the incident, nozzle man Sudhir Rai was going to collect money from the petrol pump and deposit it in the bank. Meanwhile, unknown bike riding criminals, who had already laid ambush, carried out the above incident. Meanwhile, when he protested against the incident, he was shot and injured. The petrol pump personnel hurriedly admitted the injured nozzle man to a private clinic in the city. Where the doctor is being treated.
Regarding this matter, manager Ratan Lal Rai said that the amount of cash for two days was around Rs 10 lakh. Nozzle man Sudhir was taking him. He told that according to the local people, when asked, they were told that the criminals riding in a car and bike near the bridge had carried out the above incident. After committing the incident, all the criminals fled towards Muzaffarpur.
Regarding the said case, Sitamarhi SP Manoj Kumar Tiwari said that the police is chasing the criminal. He has justified the robbery incident. He said that around three to four lakh rupees were looted. Police is taking action in the matter.
