Amardeep Kumar, who makes Ghevar sweets, said that Ghevar sweets have been made in his shop for 32 years during cold days.

How is this sweet made?
To make this sweet, first of all gram flour is mixed with water and mixed for about half an hour. After this, cardamom seeds are crushed and mixed in it. Gram flour is put in the oil with the fingers of the hand in its specially made form. After being fried in oil, it is put in syrup and after this the Ghevar sweet is ready.
