Here, food orders are taken in a special way for the people coming to the restaurant. This restaurant of Jaipur was started in 2015 and today people like this restaurant very much.
How to order food in sign language
The owner of Vitthal Restaurant is Ashish Vitthal Sharma, who runs this restaurant. He says that we speak in sign language to the customers coming to the restaurant. Food orders from customers are taken here using ABCD and a food code system. In this, a code is written in front of the food in our special menu, which is given in writing on a slip. After that, our staff members translate the food code written in that slip through a software and send it to the kitchen and after that the food is prepared and served to the customers.
This is how we run our restaurant. Ashish Sharma says that at present there are 5 people in his staff who are deaf and dumb. He has been working with us for years. Ashish also learned sign language for them, so that he could easily talk to them in their language.

This initiative was taken to motivate the disabled people
Restaurant owner Ashish says that he wanted to do something for the disabled. That’s why he chose people who are deaf and dumb in his restaurant. When they do this work, then seeing them, other people also get inspired that they too can stand on their own feet and do all kinds of work in their life. Ashish says that it has been 8 years since he has been working with him. People coming to such restaurants are also very happy with them, which makes the stop happy too. Like all people, they also have the right to do everything as per their wish in their life and these people are always happy here. These people learn many new things along with their work.
