All India Civil Services Carrom Competition has been organized in Patna. This has been done under the aegis of Central Civil Services Sports Control Board, New Delhi. This competition, which will start from Friday and continue till February 15, is being held at the Patliputra Sports Complex in Kankarbagh, in which a total of 454 male and female players and 55 technical officials (adjudicators) from different states across India will participate.

These facilities are being provided by the organizing committee and Bihar government.

The organizing committee has made free arrangements for accommodation, transportation, vehicles and food for the participants from different states participating in the competition. The state government has also made arrangements to take the participants from different states to Patna and Nalanda to get acquainted with the ancient heritage of the state. Apart from this, all the guests and participants will be given a welcome kit, which will include memento, Madhubani painting, tracksuit and a browser of information related to the cultural concerns of the state.

Know what the program is

For the successful organization of the competition, various sub-committees have been formed under the chairmanship of senior officials. The organizing committee has made arrangements for the inauguration of the competition, cultural program and welcome dinner on 10th February. Then on February 15, there will be prize distribution, cultural program and state dinner.

Managers meet was held on Friday

The organizing committee organized a managers’ meet with the managers of all the teams today at 6:00 pm on Friday, in which welcome kits and managers’ kits were given and information related to the rules related to the competition was given. This information was given by Prashant Kumar CH (IAS), Director of Social Welfare Department, Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the competition.
