In the famous case of occupation of 10 thousand square meters of land in Bodla (Jagdishpura) of Agra and filing of fake cases, the names of two public representatives, restaurant operator and hotel operator were raised, but the result was nothing. Builder Kamal Chaudhary and his son also got relief from the High Court. Everyone reached the safe zone. Now the builder has to cooperate with the police in the investigation but even after 3 days the builder has not been questioned in this matter.
Who conspired to capture the valuable land of Bodla? Even after two months the police could not find out. A concrete boundary wall was built on the land. The belongings of watchman Ravi Kushwaha were removed. Ravi, his brother Shankaria and wife Poonam were sent to jail after registering two cases under the NDPS Act. In the initial phase, the names of two public representatives including an honorable person, restaurant operator of Sadar, hotel owner and builder father and son were in possession of the land. Jitendra Kumar, the then SO of Jagdishpura police station, was sent to jail, but no action was taken against other constables of the police station who were involved in this case.
Action was also taken against the Excise Inspector and constables, but the big names have reached the safe zone. Police could not find builder Kamal Choudhary and his son accused of encroachment. Ultimately the father and son got a stay order from the High Court on their arrest. Now the builder has to help the police in the investigation, but even after two days he has not been interrogated.
Couldn’t find out who has ownership rights on the land
Who is the real owner of the disputed land? This mystery has not been solved even after two months. The land was with Nemchand Jain and Tahal Singh. Later, Tahal Singh made agreements for this land in the name of many people including Manoj Yadav. One name of the Honorable was also there, but the tehsil records have not been verified till date. Whereas MP Rajkumar Chahar has also written a letter to the District Magistrate to find out the real heir of the land. It has also been said that it should be found out who is in possession of the land, but this too has not been made clear.
