JDU’s outspoken MLA Gopal Mandal is often in the news for his controversial statements. In this sequence, today once again he raised questions on the system of his own government. He also warned his party chief Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that he should immediately remove the SP of Navgachia otherwise I will resign from the party. He did not just stop at this but also said many objectionable things while using abusive words to Navgachia SP. Then he said that from SP to DGP of Navagachia are corrupt.
Serious allegations made against SP
JDU MLA Gopal Mandal made many serious allegations against Navgachia SP Puran Jha. Gopal Mandal not only accused Navgachia SP of drinking alcohol but also used many objectionable words which Amar Ujala cannot write. Gopal Mandal told Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in a warning tone that if Navgachia SP Puran Jha is not immediately removed from here, he will resign from both his post and the political party. He said that Chief Minister should send this SP away from here or else take my resignation.
From SP to DGP everyone is involved in corruption
Gopal Mandal alleged that after the woman went missing, the family reached Rangda police station to submit an application, but the inspector did not accept the application. If the police station chief had accepted the application, this would not have happened. Not only this, the police did not go to the applicant’s house even once for questioning. He said that whether it is our government or the police system of our government, everyone is involved in corruption. He accused the police station inspector and said that he does not have the manners to talk. Gopal Mandal said that our DGP furnace has failed. He said that Bhatti was brought so that he could crack down on the police. He said that the entire fault lies with the DGP who does not control the Bihar police. Gopal Mandal said that the DGP along with the police system has completely failed.
Police does not accept applications without money
Gopal Mandal said that when Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister, the government ran well for seven years, after which the situation became such that no FIR is lodged in the police station without taking money. If the victim’s family had given five thousand rupees to the Inspector or Jamedar, the police would have taken an FIR. MLA Gopal Mandal took a dig at Bihar’s DGPR S Bhatti. He said that from SP to DGP are involved in corruption.
This did not happen during Lalu’s time
Along with resigning, Gopal Mandal also praised the Lalu Rabri era. He said that during the time of Lalu-Rabri, gang rape would have happened in Patna or elsewhere but it did not happen in Bhagalpur, but now it is happening.
Backward SP had asked for Chief Minister
Gopal Mandal said that I had told Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Shravan Kumar not to send SP Puran Jha to my area, he used to hold Tehsildari there. He said that every SP who goes to my assembly has only the aim of earning money. They are also hungry for money. It is their job to roam from hotel to hotel and harass all the bricklayers. He will do truck passing work in the coming time. He said that somehow my information does not reach the Chief Minister. There the lower level leaders trick the Chief Minister. The transferring IAS IPS takes the money and transfers it. I have asked for backward SP, so don’t send Puran Jha to my area, rather give me some backward SP but my views were not heard.
