A young man who was going to call his wife in Bettiah, Bihar became a victim of a road accident. He died during its treatment. Whereas the condition of a youth injured in the accident remains critical. This incident took place near Laukaria Temple on the main road of Bettiah Mainatad district. Where two motorcycles collided head-on. At the same time, the police has started investigating the entire matter.
According to the information, the deceased has been identified as electrician Uday Kumar Mahato (30), resident of Ghogha Mahachhi Sugar village of Gopalpur police station area of the district. Whereas the injured person has been identified as petrol pump worker Ranjit Kumar, resident of Barohiya village of Chanpatia police station area.
Regarding this incident, the deceased’s brother Raja told that Hanuman worship was going to be held at his house. His elder brother’s in-laws house is Ara. His sister-in-law was coming from her maternal home Ara to her in-laws’ house in Ghogha Mahachhi Sugar village, to receive her, brother was going to Bettiah on bike. During this time, two bikes collided head-on near Ghogha. From there both were taken to GMCH Bettiah for treatment. Where the doctors referred him to Patna for better treatment. But while taking him to Patna, his brother died near Nanosati.
At the same time, village head Girish said that due to the death of Uday Kumar Mahato, his two children have lost their father. Uday has a five-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter.
Here, hospital naka station in-charge Sudhanshu Shekhar Singh said that the post-mortem of the deceased is being done. Meanwhile, the doctor has referred injured Ranjeet to GMC Patna in critical condition. However, the family has taken him to Lucknow.
