The mining mafia operatives beat up the forest department team which reached the spot on the information of mining taking place in the ravines of Vipravali under Pinahat police station area of Agra. Forest department employees somehow ran away and saved their lives. After informing the higher authorities in the matter, an application has been given to register a case in the police station.
Forest Department personnel were informed by the informer on Wednesday night about illegal mining in the ravines of Vipravali village of the area. On which Forest Inspector Dilip Kumar reached the spot along with his colleagues Vinod Kumar and Yogesh Kumar. He tried to chase a tractor trolley carrying illegal sand. On this, the henchmen of the mining mafia sitting in the trolley came abusing. While making the video, they were indecent, snatched the phone, pushed and started fighting, due to which the forest personnel, seeing themselves surrounded, ran away from the spot to save their lives and informed the higher authorities about the matter.
A video of forest personnel being abused, abused and assaulted also surfaced on social media. On the basis of this, forest worker Yogesh Kumar has given an application against mining mafia Rakesh Parihar alias Fodal Singh resident of village Beech, Pura Pinahat and 10 unknown people at Pinahat police station on Thursday, demanding legal action regarding Forest Act and crime.
Forest department team was attacked earlier
