Ayushman Bharat Yojana: In the year 2018, the Central Government had started a health insurance scheme for the backward and economically weak people of the country. The name of the scheme was Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana i.e. PMJAY. This scheme is also called Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Under which people from the poor section of the country and those who cannot afford expensive treatment. Those people are given free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. There may be a cure for cancer
Dangerous diseases which can be treated under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Cancer is also included among them. That is, if any Ayushman card holder patient has symptoms of cancer. Or he is suffering from this dangerous disease. Then he can get his treatment under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Cancer patients are given benefits under this scheme without hospitalization. However, this facility is not provided under this scheme in case of any other disease.

Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, free treatment for corona, cancer, kidney disease, heart disease, dengue, chikungunya, malaria, dialysis, knee and hip replacement, infertility, cataract and other serious diseases is provided. Along with this, many tests can also be done for free under this scheme. Which includes important tests like blood test, ultrasound, X-ray.
