More than half a dozen types of rolls are available at its shop and it is quite famous among the youth. Actually, this shop is located in Khaira Bazaar of Jamui district and it is run by a young man named Rajesh Kumar Mishra. A crowd of people who like to eat a roll gather in his shop.
Every evening a gathering is organised, people gather
Rajesh Kumar Mishra is originally a resident of Khaira Bazaar and he makes egg rolls at his cart in front of the post office in Khaira. Their egg roll is quite delicious. Many different types of egg rolls are available at his shop. Chicken egg roll is quite popular in this. Apart from this, Chilli Chicken Roll, Cheese Roll, Veg Roll are also made. Rajesh told that he sets up shop every day between three and four o’clock. To make a roll, prepare some ingredients at home. So that customers do not have to wait too long.
Wanted to become a chef since childhood, opened a shop
Rajesh Kumar Mishra told that he loved cooking since childhood and this was the reason why he went to Delhi and started working as a chef in a hotel. He told that while working for Saif, the idea came to him why not open his own shop. Its advantage will be that it will stay close to home and it will also earn good income. After this he opened his own shop in Khaira. Especially the youth sometimes like roles. Egg roll is also in great demand. 3 to 4 thousand sales are made daily. All the ingredients for making rolls are available in Jamui market itself, hence there is no problem.
