Asif Ali Zardari: After becoming the President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari’s political career is reaching new heights. Along with this, they will also get a huge salary. Zardari has been elected the 14th President of Pakistan. He got a total of 255 votes in both the houses. After this, he got a huge majority in three out of the four provinces of the country and in the end, Zardari won the presidential election by securing 411 votes. Whereas, his opponent got only 181 votes.

After becoming President, Zardari will get a salary of lakhs of rupees every month. Pakistani President gets a salary of 2800 dollars i.e. Rs 8,46,550. At the same time, the salary of the Indian President is Rs 5 lakh. However, the Indian President also gets many types of allowances along with it.

Was in jail for 11 years

Asif Ali Zardari is the husband of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto. He played many important roles in Benazir Bhutto government. However, after the fall of the government, many serious allegations were made against him and he was arrested. After this he was accused of corruption and murder. He remained in jail for 11 years. He was never proven guilty, but he spent nearly a decade in prison. Now his becoming President will give new life to his political career. Both the daughters also congratulated Pakistan Peoples Party on their victory.

Became President of Pakistan for the second time

Asif Ali Zardari has become the President of Pakistan for the second time. Earlier, between 2008 and 2013, he had served as the 11th President of Pakistan. He is the first President of Pakistan who was democratically elected and handed over the charge to the next President after successfully completing his tenure.
