Kailash Kumar/Bokaro. Chicken Chaska stall located in Sector 2 of Bokaro is one of the favorite places of the customers. Here customers can enjoy a hearty meal at an affordable price. Here customers get two pieces of chicken and unlimited rice for Rs 80. Whereas the price of extra chicken piece is Rs 20. Apart from this, chicken biryani is also sold here. Here a plate of biryani is given for Rs 130 and half plate for Rs 70. There are no offers of any kind in this.
Stall operator Kaushal Gupta told Local 18 that he has been operating the stall for the past one month. He has started this small startup himself. The objective of which is to provide quality and nutritious food to the customers. He consumes 5 to 6 kg chicken and 10 kg rice every day. It cost him about Rs 25 thousand to start the stall. At present, up to 50 plates are consumed daily at the stall. Earn daily income ranging from Rs 700 to Rs 1000.

Kaushal told that his family members also fully support him in this work. They also help in preparing chicken items. Giving information about his early education, he said that he studied till 12th class from Bokaro MGM School. After that Vinod Bihari Mahato completed his graduation in Economics from Koylanchal University in the year 2021. Now he is preparing for banking exams. Along with this, they are also running the stall successfully. Vendor Kaushal told that he operates his stall from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Customers can also order online through Swiggy Zomato. His next goal is to open his own restaurant so that people can have delicious food at cheap rates.
