Artisan Mumtaz Khan said that Shahi Lachha is being prepared from about 6 quintals of flour every day. To prepare this, first the flour is kneaded with water. After which the balls are prepared. Ghee is applied to ensure that the balls do not stick to each other. Then it is filtered in oil in the form of lachha. About 6 tins of oil is consumed to prepare 8 quintals of flour. Then ghee is applied to it and it is colored. Consumption of 8 Tina Dalda is daily.
