Gradually from one shop there became many shops. The sale of Bakarkhani and Shrimal remains high during the entire month of Ramzan. In Sahari people call Bakar Khani and Shrimal.

Bakkar Khani here ranges from Rs 10 to Rs 120.
He further said that at present, Baker Khani of 1 quintal flour and Shrimaal of 1 quintal flour are being made daily in the shop. Shrimaal made here is also supplied to districts like Giridih, Ramgarh, Koderma etc. Bakar Khani starts from Rs 10 a piece. At the same time, Bakarkhani is available in the shop for Rs. 120. The price of Bakarkhani depends on its size and the feathers put in it. To make Bakarkhani, the flour is first prepared by kneading it with the help of flour, yeast, refined and water. Then, the yeast is allowed to rise for about half an hour. And then the flour is rolled into small shapes and filled with mawa, coconut and many types of dry fruits. Then it is garnished well and cooked in the oven at 180 Fahrenheit for about 5 minutes. Finally it is polished with desi ghee.
