BRS MLC K. Kavita’s family members reached the ED office to meet her. The family members on Monday. Met Kavita. Of. Kavita was arrested by ED on March 15 from her residence in Hyderabad. After the arrest, the ED team brought Kavita from Hyderabad to Delhi, where she was presented in the court. The court K. Kavita has been sent to ED custody till March 23.

A hearing took place in the court on 23 March. The court has extended the custody by three days. The hearing will be held again on 26th of this month. ED still wants some more time. They want to collect some more evidence. For this he had sought custody of five days, but the court gave him custody of only three days.
ED claims that K. Kavita allegedly conspired with Aam Aadmi Party leaders. Under which around Rs 100 crore was paid to AAP leaders to get benefits in Delhi Liquor Policy. Of. Kavita is being said to be a part of the alleged South lobby. In the Delhi Liquor Policy case, ED has so far raided 245 locations across the country and 15 people including Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Sinha and Vijay Nair have been arrested.
