How is fried rice made?
To make fried rice, first of all good quality rice is soaked and kept for one to one and a half hours. After that it is boiled and filtered. After this, after pouring refined oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, green chillies and cook it lightly. After that rice is added to it. After this, some spices are added to it like cumin powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and some special spices which are prepared at home.
