After Patna, there is highest demand for Bakarkhani from Ara in entire Bihar. From here it is supplied to many districts of Bihar. Apart from this, it is also sent to Saudi, Dubai and Mumbai.
It takes 20 minutes to make
First, sugar, milk, cardamom, khoya, refined, coconut shavings, cherries, dry fruits etc. are mixed in the flour. After that water is added as per requirement and kneaded for a long time. After this it is rolled and then after cutting it into round shape by machine, it is put in the furnace. It is taken out after 20 minutes. Refinement is applied on it and it is polished and now Bakarkhani is ready.
