They are showing that it is better late than never, but it is not so. On the latest episode of Pashupati Kumar Paras, political experts on the other line were reacting – Sir, you were too late in coming. Despite leaving the post of Union Minister, I got a chance for many days. On March 18, the National Democratic Alliance did the seat distribution. On March 19, Pashupati Kumar Paras resigned from the Union Cabinet. On March 20, his resignation was accepted and the responsibility was given to someone else. Even after this, a message was sent to Paras that he should meet sister-in-law Reena Paswan and return to NDA after clearing his grievances with nephew Chirag Paswan. But, he remained hopeful from Grand Alliance and National President of Rashtriya Janata Dal, Lalu Prasad Yadav. On Friday, when that hope was dashed, Paras returned home. Reiterated his dedication to NDA by releasing a photograph with the Prime Minister.
Why did Pashupati Paras leave?
‘Amar Ujala’ was repeatedly telling through its news that Pashupati Kumar Paras was not able to accept the truth. On Friday, ‘Amar Ujala’ had told that he can look towards the final options, because till yesterday Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) had not distributed its seats. Since six months ago, ‘Amar Ujala’ has revealed many times that when the turn of elections comes, the Bharatiya Janata Party will give preference to Chirag Paswan in front of Pashupati Kumar Paras. Paras remained confused that when BJP gave importance to late Ram Vilas Paswan’s party when his party was divided into two, then how can it do so in future? But, the same thing happened. Then Chirag Paswan and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar were face to face regarding the issue of Bihar Assembly election results of 2020. Paras could not realize that BJP has been giving importance to Chirag for the last few months. Even when BJP gave green signal to Chirag on Hajipur seat, Paras remained adamant that he will contest from the same seat. Knowing that only one seat was his pride and honour, Paras remained stuck there and could not sit and talk with Chirag Paswan. In the seat distribution, when BJP gave the five seats declared in the name of LJP to the account of LJP (Ram Vilas), Paras himself left the cabinet by taking the name of LJP (Rashtriya). Meaning, he killed himself with an axe.
Now why return and what will you get?
Senior journalist Luv Kumar Mishra says – “Just as the late Ram Vilas Paswan was once betrayed by Lalu Prasad, Pashupati Kumar Paras is in a similar situation at the moment. He has returned after seeing from everywhere because of the issue of seat distribution in the Grand Alliance. Mathematics is an open book. In such a situation, Paras could not stay at that place and the expectations he had brought were not fulfilled. In such a situation, he has made a deal to make a comeback. That deal is based on luck. If Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Thakur wins the Lok Sabha elections from Nawada, then Pashupati Kumar Paras may get a place. Meaning, at the moment he has to hang in the air.” Sunil Kumar Sinha, President of Chanakya Institute of Political Rights and Research, says that Paras should not have had this option, the stance he took today. He says- “This In a way, shoplifting is like seeing an item and then going to another place to bargain and if you don’t get a deal then you go back to the same shopkeeper and say that we were here only here. In fact, the loss incurred on such a return is greater than the loss incurred on their exit. Everyone came to know that you have returned after going from door to door feeling hopeless.” Overall, the point is that Paras will try to cross 400 marks by campaigning in the Lok Sabha elections while being in the NDA and will remain idle for himself.
