With the full guidance of my trainer Anushka Yoga, today I was able to do this aerial yoga. For my fellow moms out there, it’s important to listen to your body after delivery. Do not do anything that your body or your stomach does not tell you to do. During the initial one and two weeks, I just breathed during the workout, regained my stability and balance of the walk and still trying to do it. Take your time. Appreciate what your body has done. Giving birth to a child is a miracle in every way. The actress further wrote that everyone’s body is different, please talk to your doctor before doing anything that involves exercise. Know for which women Aerial Yoga is beneficial?
It is not right for any woman to do yoga or any exercise immediately after delivery. If you have had a normal delivery, then start doing yoga only after at least 6 weeks. In this time the body has fully recovered and your stitches are also filled. Apart from this, it takes more time to recover from cesarean operation, however, the recovery time is different in every woman, so you must talk to your doctor once before starting yoga or exercise. Most women gain weight during pregnancy, but it is not that it cannot be reduced.
