-½ cup bread crumbs
-340 ml milk
-Oil for frying

How to make Palak Paneer Balls
First of all, put butter in a pan and add flour in it and fry it. Fry on low flame until the mixture becomes creamy. But remember that the color of the batter should not change. Now add milk and butter paste to this batter and mix. Slowly add milk and keep stirring. Take care that there are no lumps in the white sauce. Slowly add full 350 ml milk and keep stirring. So that a very creamy sauce is prepared. The consistency of the sauce should be like cream, not thin or very thick. Now add finely chopped spinach and boiled corn to this chutney. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, pizza masala and mix, add processed cheese and mix well until it melts. Turn off the gas flame and let it cool down. Now grind it in a bread grinder and make powder. The mixture will become slightly hard when it cools. Now add bread crumbs as required. Mix it so much that it does not remain sticky and forms balls easily.

Apply some oil on your hands and make round balls. If you want, you can also fill pieces of cheese inside the balls. Make flour mixture and wrap these balls in it and then wrap them with bread pieces. When the oil is hot on low flame, fry these balls until they turn golden. Your parent cheese balls are ready to serve.
