Now add finely chopped onion and fry it.

When it turns pink, add vegetables to it and fry for two minutes. Now add porridge and pulses to it. After stirring, add one spoon cumin powder, one spoon red chilli powder, two spoons coriander powder, salt as per taste, turmeric and fry. Add 2 cups of water in it and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Turn off the gas after two to three whistles. Serve hot.

Take half a cup of porridge and fry it well in a pan or pan. When the aroma starts coming, slowly add water to the pan and keep stirring the porridge with a spoon.
