Three cases of the famous poisonous liquor case of Aligarh district, which were in the headlines for a long time in the country and the state, have reached the threshold of decision. On April 6, a decision was reached in two cases. But due to the absence of the accused, the court issued arrest warrants for both the accused. Now the police have been ordered to present them at any cost on April 9. In another case, both the accused have been summoned by setting the date as 8th April. Let us inform that the trial of all the identified 29 cases of liquor scandal is going on in the court of ADJ-8 Ashok Bhartendu.

According to prosecution advocate ADGC Kuldeep Singh Tomar, there are two cases of Lodha police station, in one of which Pawan alias Pintu resident of Jirauli Dor and in the other Dharmendra resident of Jirauli Dor are accused. In both the cases, it is alleged that illicit liquor, Good Evening brand wrappers, lids etc. were recovered from the accused. This arrest took place after the incident on June 9, 2021. The trial of both the cases has been completed. Preparations were on for the decision on Saturday. But due to the absence of both the accused, the court issued arrest orders and fixed the date of Tuesday, April 9.
According to ADGC, police have been ordered to produce them on April 9. Similarly, the third case is of Jawan, in which on June 1, 2021, declared liquor mafia Munish Sharma resident Jawan and his nephew Akash, resident of Bulandshahr, who were among the main accused in the poisonous liquor case, were arrested. Illegal liquor, lid, seal, wrapper, Scorpio car etc. were also recovered from them. Both the accused appeared in the court in this case. In which the court has summoned both of them again, setting the date for Monday. Let us tell you that even Rasuka action was taken against Munish in this case.
