Ingredients to make Rice Appe
Rice flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Curd – 3/4 cup
Onion chopped – 1
Tomato finely chopped – 1
Carrot chopped – 1
Capsicum chopped – 1
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Rice Appe Recipe
To make rice appe, take rice flour in a mixing bowl and mix semolina in it. Now add curd and a pinch of salt to this mixture and mix. Now keep the mixture aside for 30 minutes. Take the mixture after the fixed time and after beating it add finely chopped tomato, capsicum, onion and carrot and mix it. After mixing, add chaat masala, green chilies and green coriander to this mixture.

After mixing all the ingredients well, add baking soda and lemon juice to the mixture. Now beat the solution well. Batter for rice appe is ready. Now take a pot for making appe and grease it with oil. After this, put the batter of appe in every food and keep the pot on the gas on low flame. Let the appe cook for some time. Keep in mind that the appe should be cooked till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
