The matter of the guard assigning duty to someone else in the passenger train running between Moradabad Junction to Sambhal Hatim Sarai has reached the DRM. It is alleged that the guard who was on duty in Moradabad-Sambhal Hatim Sarai Passenger on Monday is a Narmu official.

He himself did not do duty and sent another guard in his place. As soon as the matter came to his notice, DRM Rajkumar Singh ordered investigation. Senior DOM Ashish Singh has started the investigation. It has been said in the complaint that the official guard of Narmu has disregarded the rules while on duty.

Despite signing the duty documents, he was not posted in the train. On the other hand, the accused guard says that he was on duty. Had taken another guard with him, through him only he could get the papers delivered to the driver. For this reason a wrong complaint has been made against him.

Both the railway employee unions are also at loggerheads regarding this matter. Meanwhile, DRM Rajkumar Singh says that the matter is under investigation. Statements of both the parties will be taken and impartial action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts come to light.
