Roadies Fame Raghu Ram: ‘Roadies’ is counted among the superhit shows of TV. MTV Roadies started on 15 August 2003 and after this all the seasons of this show became huge hits. The MTV show was hosted by Raghu and Rajeev. But in the year 2014, both the brothers said goodbye to the show.
Will Raghu-Rajeev pair be seen in Roadies?
Who would have forgotten Raghu Ram and Rajiv who appeared in this show. The air of the contestants coming to ‘Roadies’ used to become tight just by seeing Raghu and Rajeev. After this, Sonu Sood, Bani J, Rannvijay and Cyrus Sahukar worked as hosts in the upcoming season of ‘Roadies’.
Twin brothers Raghu and Rajeev were one of the biggest USPs of the show and fans still miss them in it. Whereas the show has moved ahead after Raghu-Rajeev’s exit. Recently Raghu revealed that he and Rajeev were asked to come back to the show. However, he turned down the opportunity. Raghu said that he has not even watched the show since leaving the show.
‘This is not ‘those’ Roadies anymore’
Raghu Ram said- ‘We were asked, but no, I don’t want. I haven’t watched Roadies since I left. This is not ‘those’ Roadies anymore. This is a completely different show called Roadies. When Rajiv and I left that day, the show had ended.
‘MTV Roadies’ fame Raghu Ram also revealed that he and Sugandha Garg got divorced because of Roadies. Raghu confessed that the show had started having a negative impact on his personal life and mental health. Ultimately this show became the reason for their divorce.
Let us tell you that Raghu was married to Sugandha for 12 years. Both of them got married in 2006 but separated in 2016. The couple got divorced in 2018.
