Soni alias Sonia, living in Bhikam Singh Colony of Farsh Bazar, was stabbed to death by the 15-year-old daughter of a neighboring couple. The girl has been caught after the revelations in the police investigation. There was a fight between the two family members while filling water from the tap. During this, Sonia had twisted the hand of the accused girl.
The police officer said that on April 12 at 10.59 pm, the police received information that a woman had been stabbed. As soon as the information was received, SI Chandrapal and Havaldar Rahul reached the first floor of a house in Bhikam Singh Colony street number 2. Satbir’s wife Soni was lying in a bloody condition in the room. There were two-three knife marks on his wrists and a small knife wound on his stomach.
The policemen immediately took him to Hedgewar Hospital, where doctors declared Soni dead. Investigation revealed that Soni had a fight with his neighbor, his wife and their 15-year-old daughter. Soni’s husband accused the neighboring couple and their daughter of murdering her. At the same time, the accused party talked about causing injury to the victim himself.
After recording the statements of both the parties, the police interrogated the people nearby. Also, the police crime and forensic team got the investigation done at the spot, from where the team collected evidence. The police officer said that investigation revealed that at around 7.30 in the evening, the deceased had a fight with his neighbor’s wife and her daughter over filling water from the tap on the first floor. During the fight, Soni twisted the girl’s hand.
The girl went to Hedgewar Hospital for treatment. X-ray of the girl’s hand was done. After this the girl and her mother returned to their room. She again had a fight with Soni and her husband Satbir. During the fight, Soni was stabbed by the girl. After this disclosure the girl has been caught. The police officer said that Soni’s post-mortem has been conducted and he has been handed over to the family. The police are waiting for his post mortem report.
