Utkarsh Singh Yadav, a final year student of MSc Tech in Geophysics Department of BHU Institute of Science, has been selected for the post of Geologist in ONGC. Utkarsh’s father Sitaram Singh Yadav, originally a resident of Parmenth village of Ghazipur, is retired from the post of Inspector in the Land Conservation Department.
Utkarsh is the youngest of Sitaram’s three daughters and one son. In the campus placement at BHU on Tuesday, the company has offered him an annual package of Rs 23.5 lakh.
BHU student selected in Japanese company on a package of 35 lakhs
Shreyas Jaiswal, a final year MBA student of BHU Institute of Management, has been selected in Japan’s leading retail group Fast Retailing Co. Ltd. Uniqlo. This has happened under the agreement between BHU and the concerned company.
Under the Global Management Program, Shreyas will get a package of 58,00,000 Japanese Yen i.e. 35 lakhs per annum. This year a student-centric MoU was signed with Fast Retailing-Uniqlo, Japan. Under the MoU, BHU students also got a chance to get employment along with internship. Shreyas was among the three students who were selected for a five-day Global Management Program in Japan.
