Aditya Anand/Godda.Motichoor laddu is prepared by artisans from Jamui district of Bihar in Pathargama, Godda. Which is very famous in the district. Let us tell you that this laddu will be available in grocery shops and sweet shops of remote villages of the district. Whose price is only 5 rupees a piece. This laddu remains fresh and safe for 3 days. But laddus are prepared here every day and only fresh laddus are given in shops across the district. Only in remote areas does the laddu reach one day late. These laddus are supplied to shopkeepers in boxes. One box contains 70 pieces of laddu. Whose price is Rs 250.

Laddus maker Nitish Kumar said that I have been making laddus since 2018 in Pathargama, Godda. Here he makes 1 quintal laddu every day. It is supplied throughout the district. A total number of 4 people, they have been doing this employment in the district for years. Here every person earns 1 to 2000 thousand rupees by selling 7 to 8 thousand rupees daily.

How to make laddus
To make gram flour for laddu, gram gram flour is mixed first. In which rose water and cardamom powder are mixed. After this, it is filtered and extracted from oil in fine grains. It is added to the juice. After this, cucumber seeds are added to the laddu grains in a big vessel and kept in air for some time. After this, a round laddu of approximately 70 grams is made from the laddu grains.
