Both the deceased had come to attend a reception party. Both of them left there late at night and went to the square. Where he had a dispute with the accused. The deceased have been identified as relative Sameer and neighbor Fardeen. Fardeen died on the spot. The injured Sameer was admitted to Lok Nayak Hospital. Where he died during treatment. Police have registered a case of murder and arrested three accused.

The arrested accused have been identified as Abdul Sammi alias Kallu, Vikas and Arshlan alias Monty, residents of Rajiv Nagar Bhalswa. Sammi works as a Swiggy delivery boy. Vikas is unemployed while Arshlan works as a daily wage labourer. Arshlan is already booked under the Arms Act. The police officer said that at 1.22 pm on Thursday, the police received information that two youths had been stabbed. Police reached the spot and came to know that the injured, Sameer, resident of Jaitpur Khaddha Colony, and Fardeen, resident of street number one Bhalswa, have been taken to the nearby Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital. While Fardeen was declared dead, Sameer was referred to Lok Nayak Hospital. Sameer was in no condition to give any statement. Both of them were attacked with knives in the stomach and shoulders. Fardeen lived with his family in the neighborhood and drove an e-rickshaw. Sameer died during treatment.

Police found an eyewitness Mubeen on the spot. Who told that there was a Walima (reception) party of his cousin Rizwan in street number two Rajiv Nagar. Apart from his relatives, neighbor Fardeen was also invited to the function. Sameer and Fardeen went out together at midnight. After some time, Sameer returned home covered in blood. Three people were chasing him with knives in their hands. The family members opposed the accused. After that everyone fled from there. One of the attackers was identified as Sammi alias Kallu, a resident of Rajiv Nagar. Injured Sameer was immediately taken to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital by bike. Later it was revealed that the accused killed Fardeen by stabbing him in the square.

With the help of CCTV cameras, the police identified the three accused and arrested them. The accused told during interrogation that the deceased was urinating in front of their house. When he protested, they started abusing him. Enraged by this, he attacked both of them with a knife. Police have recovered a pistol from the possession of Arshleen and three knives from the possession of the three accused.

Controversy broke out over not giving cigarettes

The police officer said that both the deceased were smoking cigarettes in the square after leaving the reception party. The accused asked him for a cigarette. When he told that there were no cigarettes, the accused attacked Fardeen with a knife. Sameer, who came forward to rescue him, was also stabbed in the stomach. After escaping from the clutches of the attackers, Sameer ran towards his brother-in-law’s house.

Sameer’s family members told that Sameer had come to Bhalswa to attend the reception of Sameer’s brother-in-law’s brother. Sameer, originally from Bulandshahr UP, lived in Jaitpur area of ​​Delhi. Sameer met Fardeen during the party. After that, both of them went to the square together late at night. During this time the attackers attacked him with a knife.

Accused caught chasing in CCTV camera

The accused attacked Sameer with a knife at the square. After freeing himself from their clutches, Sameer ran towards his brother-in-law’s house. During this, the three miscreants chased him for two hundred meters. One of these accused had a knife in his hand. When a relative of Sameer protested against the attackers near the house, they also tried to attack him with a knife. But he stopped the knife with his hand. As soon as the protest took place, all the accused ran away from there. But the entire incident of chasing Sameer and attacking his relative with a knife was captured in the CCTV camera. Through which the police identified and arrested all the accused.
