Ajay Kumar, the owner of this shop, told Local 18 that about 15 years ago, his father had brought him from the village to Jhaveri Bazaar in Mumbai. First my father started selling papad, then he learned it himself. From then till today he himself works as a seller of Masala Papdi. At the same time, he told that he started making different types of Papdi Chaat. Like Golden Masala Papad, Fruit Masala Papad, Cheese Masala Papad. Customers visiting this shop say that eating the masala papad and fruit masala papad prepared here during the rainy season is a different pleasure.

Ajay Kumar told about its recipe that to make it, first of all the papad is roasted on coal flame. After this, after applying butter on it, add onion, tomato, pomegranate, pineapple, coriander, sev, cucumber, sweet chutney and spicy chutney and serve it to the customers. He told about its price that the price of one papad is sold from Rs 20 to Rs 70. Sells around 150 papads in a day. He told that whether it is rain or summer, stalls are set up from 9 am to 11 pm.
