With increasing heat in Shahjahanpur district, diarrhea and viral fever have started spreading. Two class 12 students suffering from fever died in the district. Due to increasing outbreak of diarrhea, the arrangements of the Government Medical College have collapsed. Due to the ward being full, two to three patients are being treated by lying on one bed.
Chhavi Rathore, 17-year-old daughter of bakery operator Sanjeev Rathore, resident of Mohalla Badujai I of the city, was a class 12 student of Arya Kanya Pathshala Inter College. Four days ago, when I had fever, I took medicine from the local doctor. When his health deteriorated, he was admitted to a private hospital on Wednesday, where he died on Friday morning. Father Sanjeev told that Chhavi was suffering from typhoid and swelling in the brain.
Tanya Verma, a class 12 student of Dr. Sudama Prasad Bal Vidya Mandir Kanya Inter College, died due to fever. She was the daughter of Anup Verma. Principal Dr. Rakhi Mishra took information from his family members. According to Rakhi, Tanya had undergone an operation in Bareilly due to intestinal infection. After that he died due to fever. After the death of both the girl students, holidays were declared in schools.
