NEET UG entrance exam was organized today across the country for medical admission by the National Testing Agency. Almost all the students who had filled the form attended. But, Priyanshu Kumar (20), son of Mantu Singh, resident of Kathmandu Tola of Nalanda Asthawan police station area, did not attend. Due to fear of examination, he committed suicide by hanging himself from the fan in his room. He did this due to fear of not passing. Not only this, everyone was stunned to see the suicide note he had written before dying. It was written in it that we will not be able to meet, sorry.
Nalanda police team engaged in investigation
There was panic in the area after the incident. There was a crowd of people nearby. Here, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating. Police have taken the body into their custody and sent it to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Trainee IPS cum station in-charge Divyanjali Jaiswal said that a suicide note has been recovered from the youth. Advance action will be taken after receiving the application from the family members. At present the police has started investigating the matter.
Priyanshu’s dead body found hanging from the fan
The deceased’s uncle Gopal Kumar told that his NEET exam was on Sunday. After having dinner on Saturday night at around 12:00, he went to sleep in his room after telling his father that he was going to take the exam. When he did not come out of the room till late on Sunday morning, his father feared something untoward. When the door of the room was knocked there was no response from inside. After this, when the door was broken, he was found hanging from a noose with the help of a fan inside. After this the local police station was informed about the incident. Let us tell you that Priyanshu’s NEET examination center was in AR Academy in Bihar Sharif. He was preparing for the examination by staying in Patna for the last one year. Due to the second attempt, he was busy preparing for it at home.
