Voting in the third phase was completed in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Sir, I have come to vote. But, due to lack of voter slip, I am not able to cast my vote. Please provide my slip. A voter made this complaint at the control room set up for voting. On this, the officials immediately resolved the voter’s complaint by providing him the slip.

A control room was set up in Sanskriti Bhawan located in Bagh Farzana for all kinds of information related to voting. There were 6 numbers in it. There were 8 employees deployed on them. Every information was being recorded in the register. First of all at 7:30 am, voter Anil Kumar from Fatehpur Sikri complained about not having the slip.

This was resolved immediately. Earlier at 7:20 pm, a voter in Agra Lok Sabha seat had complained about not receiving the slip. The employee informed the BLO on this. issue solved. Till around 5 pm, 27 complaints were registered in the city and 3 related to Fatehpur Sikri Lok Sabha constituency.

Here are the cases

  • At 7:30 in the morning, Vipin Kumar informed about EVM malfunction in Chaudhary Biri Singh Inter College, Sector Magistrate reached.
  • At 8:00 am, Priyanka complained about not receiving the voter slip at booth number 400.
  • At 8:40 am, Babulal informed about the EVM malfunctioning at booth number 123.
  • At 9:20, Mangal Singh from the cantonment area informed that the voter slip has not been received.
  • At 10 o’clock Arun Sharma called and informed that the slip was not available.
  • Anil Soni called at 4 pm. Said that there is power failure at the polling station of the cantonment. This was resolved.
  • At 4.20 pm, Mamta Sharma informed about the name not being in the voter list. Checked on this. But, the name was not in the voter list.

Foreign party took voting information

Control rooms for Fatehpur Sikri and Agra Lok Sabha seats were made in Sanskriti Bhawan located at Bagh Farzana. Where 15 foreign guests from Chile, Georgia, Uzbekistan and African countries understood the process of the Election Commission of India. After this, the webcasting system was highly praised. ADM Protocol Prashant Tiwari welcomed everyone by giving them rose flowers.
