Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah said that Rahul Gandhi takes forward Pakistan’s agenda, that is why Pakistan praises Rahul Gandhi. Pointing towards Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, he said that if the two princes come to power, they will get the Babri lock installed in the Shri Ram temple of Ayodhya. Showing a tough stance on corruption, Amit Shah said that Akhilesh and Rahul should understand that if you commit corruption, you will go to jail. He said that the real place of Rahul Gandhi was not Wayanad and Rae Bareli, but Italy. Taking aim at Akhilesh Yadav, he said that people who call Mohammad Ali Jinnah great should read history.
In a public meeting organized in the grounds of CSN Degree College located at Lucknow Chungi in the city, Amit Shah said that SP, Congress and Trinamool Congress and their supporters are accused of corruption worth Rs 12 lakh crore. This is not India but an arrogant alliance. Referring to the recovery of Rs 20 crore from the servant of a minister of Jharkhand and huge amount of cash from the house of Mamata’s minister and Congress MP, he said that Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister and Prime Minister for 23 years, but even 25 paise was found in corruption. The blame is not on him.
